If you are intermediate / advanced, browse and choose the video clips that suit you. If you want to follow a program, this is exactly what you will find in the Session at the bottom of the sections, Pilates, yoga, stretching.
Beginner?
New to you? Confused about where to start?
You can do the sessions at the bottom of the pages: Pilates, yoga, stretching. This is a weekly schedule. Go to the first week. You will observe two videos. Here is where to start!
Introduction:
It will be an easy start, and one that allows you to progress quite quickly. After just three to four weeks, you will notice a significant difference in your maintenance and well-being. You will notice that you fall asleep less in the late afternoon, that you sleep better at night.
Not a bad start, right?

The videos aim to help as many people as possible like you and me. Each video capsule would last 3 hours if all expectations were met. It is therefore normal to have questions or to need help. Please note that you can always contact us for explanations or questions.

Why “Plus”?
Because you will have access to much more than the Pilates video capsules.
Yoga and Stretching
You can also add Yoga and Stretching exercises to your workout. Why? Because there isn't really an exercise program that includes ALL of the movements that will make you feel fitter. For example, this is the weak point of gyms that only address weight training. Flexibility is very important.
Pilates is great for improving strength and flexibility. Yoga goes further in flexibility. You can supplement and take it further when you feel the need to. Stretching will maintain your flexibility and range of motion. And both do so much good for the mind! The meeting of 3 participates in a complete fitness.
Start with Pilates and keep in mind to add Yoga and Stretching exercises every now and then.
Meditation
There are countless studies showing the benefits of meditation. It's so important in the crazy lives that we lead to take time to refocus and take root. In addition, you don't need 4 hours, the meditations are simple, short and effective. Add them to your routine and you will feel the benefits!

Physical activity is central to physical and mental well-being. But there's more to it, and with PilatesPlus we offer PLUS.
Webinars
You will also have access to webinars featuring live workouts by our coaches, information on best practices to achieve your optimal level of health. During these webinars, you will have direct access to Grace, Shawn and Dan to ask your questions.
Private sessions
If you want even more support, it is possible to organize private, zoom or studio sessions. These private sessions with a trainer will ensure that you are performing the movements correctly, that your posture is optimal. Pilates studio
If you live in the Lower Laurentians, it is possible to take private studio lessons. (The health measures related to covid-19 do not allow us to hold group classes at the moment). PilatesPlus is a studio established for more than 15 years in Saint-Eustache normally holding more than 60 classes per week. It may be ideal to combine one or two classes per week with your online workouts at home.
